Royal Wahingdoh kick-start Aizawl campaign with a 2-1 win

Royal Wahingdoh scripted a 2-1 win against Hindustan FC in their second leg I-League II match on Thursday in Aizawl after some exciting moments.

Wahingdoh drew first blood after Babatunde tapped in a cross from Seityasen Singh in just the third minute. However, Hindustan's Mayal Lepcha headed in a ball in the 22nd minute for the equaliser. The Royals took the decisive lead when they were awarded a penalty in the 31st minute. Mala's shot was a miss but Seitya collected the return to finalise the scores at 2-1 for the Royals as they continued their unbeaten run this I-League season.
