RWFC girls called for U-16 National Women's Football Team trial cum coaching camp

Pynhun Shulet and Iawanlang Nongbet, both of whom are currently training with Royal Wahingdoh Football Club’s women’s team, have been selected for a month long trial cum coaching camp at the SAI Centre in Gujarat and will depart from Shillong on August 24. The girls were selected on basis of their excellent performance in last year’s Subroto Cup in New Delhi as well as the U-17 Nationals, which grabbed attention.

Pynhun hails from Saphai, West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya and Iawanlang from Perkseh Tyrsad in East Khasi Hills. The trial cum coaching camp is primarily for selection into the U-16 National Women's Football Team.
