India coach Wim Koevermans names squad for November friendlies!

The Indian National Team coach Wim Koevermans has announced his squad of 21 Players for the two international friendlies which India which are scheduled to play in November 2013. India first play Philippines on November 15 and then Nepal on November 19.

Wim Koevermans has left out all IMG-Reliance contracted players he had picked for the SAFF Championship in Subrata Pal, Gouramangi Moirangthem Singh, Nirmal Chettri, Syed Rahim Nabi and Sandesh Jhingan; besides Sandip Nandy, Nallappan Mohanraj, Alwyn George, Jewel Raja Sheikh and Jeje Lalpekhlua have not been picked in the 21 player squad.

Making a comeback into Team India are Subhashish Roy Chowdhury, Arindam Bhattacharya, Denzil Franco, Gurjinder Kumar, Lalrindika Ralte, Clifford Miranda and C.K. Vineeth; while Nicolau Colaco, Aibhorlang Khongjee, Narayan Das and Victorino Fernandes are all called-up for the first-time to a final squad.

It will be interesting to see how this all new Team India do against the Philippines and Nepal in the friendlies.
