Yesterday AFC Cup game in Mongkok Stadium Hong Kong not only is a sporting game on the field between the two teams players but also the sporting game between the two groups of supporters.  

In the game clipping attached to this article and my Indian colleague's article detailing the progress of the game you can see the match is closely fought with chances for both teams and Kitchee capitalized the chances better and came out to triumph the game.  Kitchee upon scored twice in the first nine minutes, they stood well with their disciplined defense and saw off the game.

As the Kitchee capitain, Lo Kwan Yee said in his facebook that he was so happy with the support given by the local Kitchee fans from the first minutes until the end of the game.  He and his teammates were highly motivated by the chant of the fans and they were made full of energy to compete with the opponents.  Likewise, the away team Arema supporters (consist of Indonesian from Malang where the club based, from Malaysia, from Spain and from Hong Kong) also no push-over as they camped out the stadium hours before the game start and they have also chanted and supported their team all the way through.  You can see the two groups of supporters non stop supporting the two teams from first minute to the last minute which truly demonstrate the passion of the football game.  Kudo to both groups of supporters.

Lastly as organized by the sponsor of Kitchee, Nike, did showcase its ice cream vehicle and dished out 2,000 odds of ice cream free of charge to the supporters with tickets.
