MALAPPURAM FC's Office Inaugurated

MALAPPURAM FC,the first professional football club from Malappuram district's office room has been inaugurated  yesterday at Mundupparamba bypass Junction by Dr.PM Sudheer Kumar,vice president of District Football Association(D.F.A).

In inaugural speech he stated that the 7s football is killing our football,but we can not blame 7s unless we have good clubs and tournaments in association football.He wishes clubs like Malappuaram FC would bring big change in district's football growth.He also stated that the D.F.A is very excited to host federation cup football for the first time in the history and they believe an excellent organizing of Federation Cup would help to impress authorities and through that we'll get a nod to host u17 world cup 2017  in Manjeri Stadium.

Club coordinating committee convener Sathar Kizhakkail has promised that the top priority of the club would youth development and the club would function with 100% professional approach.Coordinating committee member Basim Ali thanked the function

Malappuram FC will play in Malappuram district B division league and 2014 and they are aiming to play in I-League by 2017
