Dadar XI pip HFA in MDFA league

 Dadar XI overcame Hugh Fernandes Academy (HFA) 3-2 in a Second Division match of the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) league, at the Goan Sports Association ground in Cross Maidan. Samad K, Avinash Satam and Omkar Chavan scored a goal each for the winners, while HFA scored through Jay Gada and Mandar.

Dadar XI forged ahead when Samad hit the target in the 21st minute. The HFA youngsters drew level through Gada in the 28th minute. But they once again fell in arrears as Satam scored the second goal for the Dadar side in the very next minute to give his team a slender 2-1 half-time lead.

After the change of ends, Dadar increased the lead (3-1 ) through Chavan in the 46th minute. HFA reduced the margin trough Mandar's strike in the 63rd minute.
