Today Kitchee broke a record and becomes the third team in the entire Hong Kong First Division history that they are undefeated and crowned the top tier league champion. Previous clubs having the honor are Seiko and South China.
Today Kitchee has its last league game in season 2013/14 against Yokohama Hong Kong. Kitchee fielded a much changes team with only 3 regulars in its usual full team lineup. Much to the credit of all players in today games, they live up to the standard of the expectation of coach and supporters.
First half is a 2-1 affairs with Kitchee's Spanish imports Cascon scores a penalty. Though Yokohama japanese imports Yoshitake scores one level 2 minuted before half time, Kitchee's Hong Kong National Team Player Kwesi (Chris) scores a goal right on the 45 minutes mark.
