FC Goa rope in former Arsenal defender Andre Santos

Brazilian left back Andre Santos signs for Indian Super League side FC Goa
Indian Super League side FC Goa announced the signing former Arsenal and Brazil left back Andre Santos,He would join former gunner Robert Pires in the squad.

Santos 31,started his youth career with Figueirense in Brazil joined their senior squad in early 2004.He has played top flight Brazilian football for the likes of Flemengo,Atletico Mineiro and Corinthians before moving to Turkish outfit Fenerbache on a five year deal but in 2011 he announced his departure from the club and joined EPL side Arsenal FC.

He has been an integral part of Brazil National team which won FIFA confederation cup and which secured his spot in 2010 FIFA World Cup.

Santos move from Flemengo to Goa and join his former boss Zico in FC Goa.
