Mohammedan SC keen to regain their position in I-League and they further boosted their squad by signing of experienced playmaker Rakesh Masih ahead of I-League second division.He was a part of inaugural Indian Super League winner Atletico De Kolkata.

Team Mohammedan currently going in an intensive training session at East Bengal in a eye to make their I-League second division campaign easier and get back their position in i-league

In a welcome note,Mohammedan's chief coach Ananta Kumar said ""I would like to welcome Rakesh in the Club and wish him all the very best, In midfield we badly needed a senior player like him and we must thank to the officials to brought Rakesh, he is a very expericed player with his experience he knows how to perform in crucial matches so in 2nd Division he has a very big role to play for the team."
