Former France National Team captain Marcel Desailly is unlikely to be the new Manager of Vietnam National Football team as he is unsuitable for the position according to the Vietnam Football Federation.
According to the VFF,he is not the right person they are looking for.The former AC Milan and Chelsea player approached VFF after their manager quit on April 4.
"We consider three key, important categories for this position:Working conditions, coaching experience and reputation" secretary general Le Hoai Anh told Reuters.
"It's unlikely we would consider him as his condition were unsuitable for this position"
According to some sources,he was asking too high salary given his lack of experience. However the secretary refused to comment on this matter.
It has been learned that Desailly was also in the primary candidate list to become Malaysian coach back in February. But there also he gets rejected. He admitted that he want to transform his career from a Television pundit to International coach. So this rejection would be another major blow for his career
