ISL:Kolkata Franchise to be unveiled on May 7

According to a source close to ISL,the Kolkata Franchise to be launched on May 7.If everything goes according to plan they will become first ISL franchise to be launched officially.

It is revealed that all top officials from current title contender for both La Liga and UCL, Atletico Madrid ,one of the co owner of the franchise ,will be coming to India for the launching ceremony of the Kolkata Franchise.

Recent reports suggests that Miguel Angel Marin,owner,Atletico de Madrid;Peter Kenyon,Advisor to ATM (EX-CEO,Chelsea and Manchester United);Emillio Gutierrez,Director of marketing,ATM and Carlos Aguilera Martin-Director of Grassroots and head of Atletico Academy will be on a short visit to India.

It is learned that the franchise name likely to be 'Atletico de Kolkata' and will have a logo so close to Atletico Madrid.The club jesey likelt to be same as teh iconic Spanish club.

Among ISL franchisee,only Kolkata Franchisee have the backing of top International club,who sets to win the esteemed La Liga title.And also they have a great chance to win UCL too.

Key officials of the franchise will conduct a meeting with renowned Bengali footballer like Pradip Kumar Banerjee,Chuni Goswami and Syed Nayeemuddin.

The city of joy based franchise is owned by former Indian Cricket team captain Sourav Ganguly along with Harshavardhan Neotia    (Chairman of Ambuja Neotia Group),Sanjiv Goenka (Chairman RP-Sanjiv Geonka Group,Utsav Parekh and Atletico de Madrid
