Jose Mourinho hints at new deals for Chelsea old guards

According to Goal, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho thinks that  John Terry, Frank Lampard & Ashley Cole will still be at Stamford Bridge next season.

Mourinho also admitted that the club is expected to have a lot of transfer activity during the summer.

All the three mentioned players have just few weeks left to run out of their current deals.

Ashley Cole was visibly emotional following the Blues final game of the season at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, giving speculations that this might be his last season at the club.

Terry recently expressed his desire to end his career with Chelsea and the manager says he feels the old guards' association with the club will not end this season.

Chelsea saw their Premier League title challenge end after Sunday's goalless draw against Norwich City, which was followed by their Champions League exit to Atletico Madrid.

Mourinho will end his first season back at Stamford Bridge without a trophy and expects a busy summer in the transfer window.
