Chelsea and Man City are keeping tabs on Karim Benzema with the possibility of making a bid in the January window, according to the Daily Mirror.
The French striker is reportedly unhappy at Real Madrid, largely down to the lack of support he has received from his teammates with regards to the blackmail charges he is facing.
The Premier League duo are both looking for striking reinforcements in January and are keen to test the water with Benzema by making a formal bid when the transfer window opens.
Perez will be reluctant to sell the 28-year old, who has scored 145 goals in 295 games for Los Blancos.
